Sakile Properties is the property development brand under the Kenya Power Pension Fund. It is the vehicle through which the Kenya Power Pension Fund invests member contributions in the real estate sector. The name Sakile is derived from the Zulu word ‘Sakhile’ which means ‘We have Built’.

Property is a critical investment class for the Fund as it provides a hedge against inflation compared to other asset classes. It provides for a surer return in the future, hence our slogan ‘shaping tomorrow’.
