He joined Kenya Power Pension Fund in 2006. He has over 20 years’ of experience in human resource management and pensions administration. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Degree in Strategic Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, he is a Chartered Pension Analyst Manager (CPAM) and a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
